My Story

My wellness journey has been filled with challenges, but each one has shaped my understanding of my body and its ability to heal.

 

In 2016, I was in a severe snowboarding accident that left me with multiple fractures, months of recovery, and the need to relearn how to walk. What began as rehab turned into a passion for strength training, movement, and holistic healing. I went on to compete—and win—a bodybuilding competition, an experience that was both exhilarating and deeply rewarding. However, shortly after, I suffered another injury that required reconstructive knee surgery, forcing me to put my bodybuilding goals on hold and rethink my approach to fitness and overall wellness.Through recovery, I discovered the power of nutrition, mindset, and functional movement in both healing and overall wellness.

 

Now, as a Holistic Nutritionist, Personal Trainer, and Health Coach, I use my experience to help others take control of their health, build strength, and feel their best—inside and out. I know what it’s like to feel held back by injury, self-doubt, or frustration, and I’m here to guide you toward a balanced, sustainable approach to wellness.
